• All charters are non-smoking.
• Standard private charters are two hours long.  Click on "Extended Duration Charters" to book more time on the water.
• Swimming may be allowed on charters of 3 hrs or longer with certain restrictions.
• Grills are available on charters of 3 hrs or longer with certain restrictions and advanced notice.  Ask for details.
• Your charter is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations that are the result of incorrect pricing/availability due to malicious acts or software/website errors.
• As with any service industry, gratuity for good service is always appreciated and typically ranges from 15-20%.  Gratuity is not included in the pricing below.
